Suspicious incident

On the afternoon of Saturday 19th March in Bramley Road a suspicious male was seen knocking on the window of an elderly resident.  A neighbour challenged him and was told that he had come round to remove moss from the garden path.  The man then quickly left the area which the neighbour found to be odd.  The neighbour then contacted the residents family and found that no such arrangements had been made so reported it to the police.

This was an excellent example of being a good neighbour.

Please keep an eye open for such incidents involving any elderly or vulnerable neighbours and report them immediately to the police.
