Property recovered in Beaumont Leys

On Monday August 5, officers from Leicestershire Police executed a warrant on the Beaumont Leys Estate under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

Two men, aged 26 and 54 were arrested in connection with the operation and are currently on bail.

Officers have released images of several items that were recovered from the property in the hope of reuniting them with the rightful owners.

The property is described as a Mac Allister petrol powered commercial carpet cleaner with Rug Doctor parts attached, a Honda petrol powered electric generator and a Honda GX 100 Whacker Plate.

PCSO Joe Postlethwaite from the Beaumont Leys Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “We are asking the public to take a look at the images and if you believe any of these items belong to you and you can provide proof of ownership to contact us.”
