Report Suspicious Emails
23/04/2020
In recent weeks, there has been a marked increase in phishing emails of all kinds, many relating to the Covid-19 crisis but also claiming to be from: Banks, Netflix, HMRC, DVLA, TV Licensing, Surveys, Supermarket voucher offers and Free samples, to name but a few.
The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) has launched a new reporting service for suspicious emails. Before deleting them, you should first forward them to:
report@phishing.gov.uk
This service has been developed jointly by the NCSC and the City of London Police. As well as helping to identify and take down malicious sites, it will also help to identify new and changing patterns in online offending.
